We are very experienced and knowledgeable and will resolve you computer problem or IT issues within half to two hours – or even less. We keep you informed throughout the repair process so there are not unpleasant surprises when you receive your bill.
Affordable
As we don’t have the expensive advertising costs and the storefront that the large chains do, we can provide you with a more affordable service with the same level of expertise, if not higher. Our competitive fees are $110 an hour. Most repair jobs are completed within half hour to two hours. If longer, we will let you know beforehand. We cap our fees at 3 hours no matter how long we spend repairing your machine. Jobs done in our office/workshop in Taree are more cost-effective as we don’t have to spend time waiting for your computer when it is running a time-consuming operation like hard drive scan or virus scan. If you choose to use our mobile service we will bill you for the time we are at your home or office, we do not however charge a call out fee or for travel time in certain areas.
No Minimum One Hour Charge
We charge in 15 minute increments and if the repair job is completed very quickly we will only charge you for the time taken – there is no minimum one hour fee – even if we come to your home/office to repair your computer – we don’t charge for the time taken to get to your home/office in Taree, Old Bar and Wingham.
Timely
We know how your rely on your PC, laptop or Mac and do our utmost to return it to you fully functioning in the least possible time. Some jobs are completed overnight as we often work out-of-hours to repair your machine – usually our turnaround for workshop repairs is two to three days. If it is going to take any longer to fix your computer we will inform you of that fact before you bring your computer to us.

Extended Hours
For your convenience we open on Saturday as well. Our business hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are also available out of these hours for customers needing to drop-off, pick-up computers before or after work.

Affordable Diagnosis Fee
If you are not sure whether you wish to repair or replace your computer we can do a diagnosis of your machine for you. We only charge the diagnosis fee ($27.50) if you decide not to proceed with the repair job. The diagnosis fee covers the time taken to determine what's wrong with your computer, the repair cost, including parts if necessary and then advise whether or not it is going to be economical to repair your machine. Remember you only pay the diagnosis fee if you decide not to have your machine repaired. We only provide this service at our workshop in Taree.
